The LAW Youth Wrestling Club

Wrestling is a sport that changes lives! It also builds a strong foundation for one’s character; hard work, determination, responsibility, accountability, respect and also establishes a fundamental basis for ALL other sports!

The LAW ((L)ena-(A)rea-(W)restlers) Wrestling Club (50+ members, K-12th & 100% volunteer staff) is a member of the Illinois Kids Wrestling Association (IKWF), and is dedicated to the education of wrestling and life in athletes of all ages, boy's and girl's!  It is one of the most well respected youth kids wrestling club in Illinois and southern Wisconsin.  Also, it is one of the 2 feeder programs to one of the most successful small school wrestling programs in the state of Illinois; Lena-Winslow/Stockton High School Wrestling Team.  Between the 2 feeder programs and the LWS High School Wrestling team, their have been numerous  State Champoins (both individually and team), State Medalists, State Qualifiers and National Medalists.  Please visit the club individual accomplishments at:  Club Individual Accomplishments and the 2016-2017 High School Individual Accomplishments at: 


The LAW Wrestling Club is looking to fundraise in order to provide a cost effictive experience to school age wrestlers from 5-18 years old. Donations will help assist in travel costs, equipment costs, competition fees, as well as singlets and warm-ups.  Currently, in order to be a member of the LAW the only cost to a wrestler is a $25 annual fee.  Our goal is to make it feasable for every child to participate that wants too.  Your donations will help us subsidize the costs of the wrestlers throughout the year.  What other club sport can a child participate for just $25...not too many, that is for sure.

Please keep in mind that 93% of your donation goes to The LAW.  Unlike candy bars, candles, pizza fundraisers, etc...where the supplier keeps a large portion of your donation to cover there costs.  7% goes to www.gofundme.com to process the payments.  93% of your dontation goes to the kids!!!
