The Laugh to Live Foundation mission statement:
It is our mission to bring an uplifting, hilarious, and cathartic experience to the underprivileged, sick, and suffering by providing them with outstanding live stand-up comedy.
We currently perform in medical detox facilities, treatment centers, and residential rehabs. We are expanding into more hospitals and shelters.
Most facilities who really need our help cannot afford to spend money on what insurance companies considers an extra curricular activity.
$1000 of the money raised here will go to the application for 501-c3 not for profit status and organization of The Laugh to Live Foundation into an entity that can receive government grants and public donations.
$500 will be used to create a website, logo, and other marketing materials.
If we reach our goal, the for profit side of the business, Laugh to Live, LLC will donate shows to 10 different underprivileged facilities in Southern California including the Tarzana Treatment Center and Hillsman Recovery Center in South Central LA.
