The Last Yezidi Genocide

Donation protected
The story of the Yezidi Genocide must be told far and wide.  This book by Amy Beam needs to be translated from English to Arabic and Kurdish in order to educate the people most affected by this human tragedy.  The purpose for this GoFundMe drive is to raise money to translate this book into Arabic.  Please donate and help spread the word.

On August 3, 2014, the Islamic State terrorists, known in Iraq as Daesh, attacked Shengal, homeland to the ethno-religious non-Muslim people known as Yezidis.  10,000 Yezidis were killed or captured.   Men and teenage boys were killed if they refused to convert to Islam.  Women and girls were kidnapped and used in sexual slavery.  Young boys were sent to jihadi training; some used as suicide bombers.  Small children were taken from their mothers and sold to Muslims (like an adoption agency).  Elderly women were killed or used as laborers.  The United Nations, U.S. and many other countries declared it to be a genocide, yet few countries will open their doors and grant asylum to Yezidis.
