THIS IS THE FINAL UPDATE FOR THIS FUND AND I AM LEAVING IT UP FOR THESE NEXT FEW DAYS TO HONOUR MOTHER ON HER BIRTHDAY - THIS FRIDAY MARCH 9th. IT IS BOTH OUR BIRTHDAYS & OUR FIRST APART. I TOLD MY WONDERFUL SISTER LUANNE THAT I WANT MOM'S NAME ON OUR CAKE - AS ALWAYS - FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE

My name is Toni Prima and I am the eldest daughter of Louis Prima & Keely Smith.
Mother retired about 2012 due to health issues and as the years went on she needed more care. I was forced to stop working due to my own health problems and most importantly to take care of Mother with my sister. In 2016 I then had a bad car accident and am now on a walker and unable to stand for very long.
Once I had to stop working and Mom could no longer travel & work - we both needed more care and as you can imagine all the savings went out the door. We went into terrible debt and have been selling and dealing with the situation as best we could. Mom then passed peacefully in December of 2017 & her beautiful Services were held in Los Angeles in January. WE ARE BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE HELP, CARING & LOVE WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM ALL OF YOU!!!
We know how many of us are going through terrible health and financial difficulties these days. We sincerely wish we could help everyone - how wonderful that would be!!!
