The Jimmer Frat Open Bar Fund

As you all probably know by now, James Flath ("Jimmer Frat," self-named) passed away unexpectedly Sunday night. It's come as a shock to everyone, and the amount of people coming forward with stories of James or just well-wishes has been amazing for his family.
Those of you who were lucky to witness James' presidency (later coined by historians as "Jimmer's Reign of Terror") know how much that guy did for the chapter and for each and every brother. Not to mention, he was one of the best party-starters Phi Psi Zeta has ever seen. To put it simply, EVERYONE has their Jimmer story.
The Flath family has decided to forego any funeral in favor of a celebration of life. I know many of you are eager to help but are without a medium to show the Flath family how much you loved their son. I asked Jim (James' father) if he would be ok with Lambda Chi brothers footing the bill. He reluctantly agreed, and told me $1500 should cover it (Martin City Brewery charges $5/drink for open bar, so this should cover about 300 drinks).
I would really like to keep this solely within Phi Psi Zeta, as I think it would mean so much more (and be very fitting) to be able to tell Jim and Sue that all the booze was covered by Lambda Chis. If later in the week we are struggling with raising the money, we can open it up but for now let's keep it in house.
When you donate, please post up your favorite Jimmer story, how you knew him, anything really. I've been filing in and out of the Flath house this week and they've loved the stories pouring in.
