Rebecca is a part of a beautiful family that has seen many hardships.
Rebecca is a wonderful 12 year old diagnosed with global development delay, autism, celiac, epilepsy, low muscle tone, poor blood circulation and STXBP1 encephalopathy with epilepsy.
Rebecca is a happy young lady despite the immense amount of blood work, MRIs, surgeries, numerous therapies and continuous appointments.
Rebecca has outgrown her Rifton Activity Chair which helps her in all aspects of her life. The chair helps her focus on therapy, eat at the table with family, and interact and play with everyone. Rebecca requires moderate physical support and physical assistance for positioning because her balance and trunk control is compromised. This chair is needed as soon as possible.
We are asking for $7024 to purchase the chair for Rebecca.
We are hosting a fundraiser at The Legion #15, 80 Mary Street, Brampton on June 23, 2018 at 1pm with a dance to follow.
Rebecca's mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009 and stays at home with Rebecca and her two (2) siblings. Rebecca's father works hard to provide for his family but unfortunately money is a constant struggle.
