<div>YOGA FOR MIDLIFE AND BEYOND are embarking on a journey to support our local charity, Routes to Roots (Poole) CIO. This incredible organisation provides a warm welcome and essential services to those experiencing homelessness, offering social spaces, donated clothing, practical guidance, showers, laundry facilities, and two nourishing meals each weekday.

<div>We'll be working hard on difficult movements and challenging sequences, so will probably be aching the following day, but it will be worth it to help those without a home to refresh and sleep in.

<div>Routes to Roots is powered by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who work tirelessly to make a difference in our community. On the 24th of March 2026, we will take on the challenge of completing yoga sequences in relay. This is no small feat for us, as most of us are in our 60s, 70s, or even 80s. We are grateful for our health and vitality as we age and wish to extend that blessing to those facing hardships.
