The Holiday Express

The Express News Group, based in Southampton, New York, is asking all residents of the South Fork to come together to help neighbors in need during this most challenging holiday season. Through Christmas, we will be collecting donations that will be split among four local organizations from each of our editions' coverage areas, providing direct help to families in need this season:

     * Eastern Edition: Heart of the Hamptons
     * Western Edition: Help for Local Families (Brian Tymann's organization)
     * Sag Harbor: Sag Harbor Helpers
     * East Hampton: Springs Food Pantry

The Express News Group will pass 100 percent of the donations (minus only the fees GoFundMe collects) directly to the four organizations to provide help during the holidays. Donations will be accepted through Christmas Eve, and the money will be passed to the charities several times during the holiday season for immediate use for gifts, essentials and food for families in need.
