APRIL LEGENDS CHALLENGE - $10 REGO FOR CHARITY

I am taking on the HIIT Factory 30 x sessions in 30 days in April Legends challenge, and to take on the challenge, we are allocating a small $10 registration fee (In addition to our memberships / session passes for the challenge) with 100% proceeds going to our chosen charity, Beyond Blue. Please feel free to make a little donation yourself if you can, every dollar counts... but also just sharing the message and offering some support is great! Thank you! 

The HIIT Factory specialises in bodyweight interval training, and also has a variety of strength and conditioning formats.  Our sessions are 30 minutes and we always have fun.  Exercise has a huge impact on mental health, so come join the fun and try a session with us!
