The Heyday Needs Your Help

Brad and myself (Crystal) are asking for your help. We’ve always identified as deeply self-reliant. I've always joked about how we can figure our way out of anything. Even during almost three difficult and stressful pandemic years, we were determined to work things out on our own, but we’ve finally accepted that we need help.

As we jumped through hurdles, you guys stayed with us every step of the way. From pop-up's, to drive-throughs, and now at The Hilton, nothing — not one thing — that we’ve accomplished over the years could have happened without our comunity standing by us. Now, we've finally reached our final step and realized we cannot do this alone.

Brad and I met this amazing couple that had a similar story to ours. A husband and wife team that built their dream restraurant, and after 20 years they are ready to throw in the towl and pass the baton to us. Frankly, this came out of nowhere. But we knew this was just part of our story, we finally found our dream location that we will be happy to call home. But now we need your help.

Areas of Critical Need

We’ve set a goal that addresses specific areas of need:

1: Equipment

We were fortunate to move into a hotel that provided us with everything we could ever dream of. Now we need our own. Large flat top grill to help with wait times. Enough fryers for our crispy crinkle fries, chicken Sando’s and wings (plus more wink*)

2: Infrastructure tune-ups

Brad and I are pros at making do and getting by. Now it's time to creat a locals environment. We need a bar buildout and facade clean up.

3: Debt payment

Unfortunately we started during the pandemic and did not receive any loans, PPP, etc. But we did get the rising cost and aftermath of it all.

It's difficult to ask for help, but the truth is, we're like 90% there and just need to get across the finish line, and for this we're endlessly grateful.
