The Heartbreaking Loss of Isabella “Izzy” Grace

I started this campaign on behalf of Chelsey Johnson and family for honoring her daughter Isabella “Izzy” Grace, who was born on October 9, 2020 at only 32 weeks. She was born at only 2lbs 12oz.
On 10/16/20, Isabella passed away unexpectedly. This is a very heartbreaking loss for the family. I am raising money to help with the funeral costs and any unexpected medical bills since Isabella was born premature. Unfortunately, the family did not have time to plan for the unexpected premature birth and now face having to plan for her funeral.
