My Name is Felicia Heady, My husband kenneth has end stage renal Failure caused by a rare kidney disease called Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis or simply(FSGS) "Ken" as most people know him has been on dialysis for 5 years and on the kidney transplant list 5 years. 
Ken is a family man with three children, Robert 18, Julia Jordyn 13, and Kendal 9.  Ken and I have been married for 15 years, (inseparable really). Ken worked for UPS for 25 years, and due to his illness he has been on disability for the last 5 years and just recently retired. I reach out because like most of us we are in desperate times and in desperate need. We need help with his Doctor Bill's, mortgage payments etc....
