Thank you for all of your support, we are overwhelmed by your generosity!
Pancho and I have come up with a plan on how to best distribute funds. We spent time going through all of your comments and will make sure that any specific requests of your donation will go directly to those you noted.
Because of your help, funds have been allocated to pay three months worth of rent for both Santos and Maria. In addition they will receive donations specifically allocated for them - to help with other costs such as health care. We even received a direct donation of laptops which have already been gifted to Santos kids. Thank you!
We are focused on making sure we can re-open The Hatch as soon as possible, so we are able to bring people back to work. In order to do this, we have allocated $5,000 towards a new POS system, which will allow us to be Covid Safe.
Another $5,000 will go towards our general overhead costs and bills which we have not been able to pay since Covid.
The remainder of the funds raised will be used to help employees who are in need.
Once our funds are withdrawn, Pancho and I will personally make sure our team gets their funds.
We cannot thank you enough for the outpour of support, we are forever grateful and hope to see you at The Hatch one day.
