<div>When Jai Arrow shared his diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), it affected me more than I realised it would. Like so many others, I was rocked by the news. As a dad myself, it made me think deeply about how precious our health, our families, and our time together really are.

<div>So I've made a commitment. In 100 days time, I am going to complete a half marathon to support Jai, his family, and MND Australia.
</div>

</div>
<div>Over the next 100 days, I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone to get fit and complete a half marathon in the name of this important cause. Every training run will be a reminder of why this matters. While I'll be battling sore legs and early mornings, that challenge is nothing compared to what people living with MND face every single day.

<div>Some days are going to hurt. Some days I'll want to quit. Some days I'll probably fail. But if those with MND can turn up every single day and fight, I can lace up my shoes and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
