On the 19th of October 2025, we will set off on a 265 km walk over 7 days from Sydney to Newcastle in aid of Talk2mebro.
Talk2MeBro is an Australian mental health organisation on a mission to create a world without suicide. Their work is all about starting real conversations — breaking down the stigma, encouraging openness, and building resilience within our communities.
They run tailored mental health programs for workplaces, schools, sporting clubs, and community groups — everything from workshops and keynote sessions to immersive experiences and team-building activities. Each program is designed to help people strengthen their communication, recognise the signs when someone might be struggling, and develop everyday strategies for self-care and support.
Talk2MeBro was founded by Jack and Luke, who both lost loved ones to suicide. What started as a small idea to create safe spaces for honest conversation has grown into a movement — one that encourages connection, awareness, and genuine care for one another.
By supporting this cause, you’re helping Talk2MeBro reach more people, start more life-changing conversations, and continue working toward a future where mental wellbeing is part of everyday life — and no one feels alone in their struggle.
