Still Here – The Goodman Fund

Hello, my name is Greg Starr Goodman, and I want to share an update from the heart.

Over the past few years, I’ve been fighting a battle most people never see — living with a terminal illness and undergoing home dialysis several times a week.

It’s physically draining, emotionally heavy, and financially overwhelming. But even through all of this, I’ve tried to hold onto one thing: purpose.

That purpose became The Goodman Fund — a nonprofit vision I created to help survivors of abuse, addiction, homelessness, and disability.

My dream is to build a safe haven where people can find hope, community, and real resources to rebuild their lives — just like I’ve had to rebuild mine.

Right now, I need to pause that mission to focus on my own survival.

With my declining health and limited support, I’ve reached a point where I can no longer maintain stability on my own.

Your support will help me cover essential costs — the very basics that keep me alive, cared for, and safe enough to eventually bring The Goodman Fund to life.
