I am starting this fundraiser to help our friend, our fellow Falcon family. Joey Gomez was born less than a year ago and has undergone some things that none of us could ever imagine. I would like to share his story in his mom's words because well....she is nothing short of amazing to me, so here goes:
This Angel...my gorgeous boy is in for a rough road and I'm asking for constant prayers. We were told he has a mass on his kidney and that both of his kidneys are now in failure. In all reality we knew this day would come but I don't believe we could have ever prepared for it. So very glad we are getting to spend much needed time with our Cali family and when we get back home it will be go time. So I'm just asking that you all send well wishes and prayers for our Joey...that we may find a perfect kidney match and we can heal this boy before he remembers this pain. His smile is infectious and the love he gives is even more than that! He deserves a miracle and I will be wishing for that every day❤️
The Gomez family has a lot to worry about right now and they deserve all of the help that they can get. Any of us who have gone through medical things know how expensive things can be....from gas to food, to things that we may not even think of like clothing the other children or Krissy and Mark needing to be out of work to care for their son.
