The Goat

Hi,  my name is Katie LaPointe and I am an MFA Film student trying to raise money for my short thesis film: The Goat (written by the lovely and talented duo of Marissa Lessman and Luke Taylor). The Goat is the story of two sisters who go back in time to try and fix the Cubs curse of the goat. The idea for the story came to me back in 2015 while sitting on the red line in Chicago when I was thinking about my mother's lifelong love of Chicago baseball.  Needless to say, the past year has been a whirlwind of happiness fueled by the Cubs world series win and I am positive that this is the perfect time to finally make my movie. In order to make a film like this, there are a variety of costs that go into it, not limited to but including renting a farm and renting goats! That's where I need your help.
