<div>I've spent the past decade in Southern China researching the science of Tea (<em>Camellia sinensis</em>). My YouTube channel <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdVfmZDxDQWh21wfS9fc8eA" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Wu Mountain Tea</a> attempts to share <strong>all</strong> of what I have learned about tea with <strong>as many</strong> people as possible.

<div>So far, our free videos and Tea MasterClass series have helped people from around the world learn new and important things about tea plant <strong>cultivation</strong>, <strong>tea tasting</strong>, unique <strong>tea varietals</strong>, and peer-reviewed literature on the complex <strong>effects of tea on health</strong>.

<div>So far, this has been a <strong>difficult</strong>, <strong>time-consuming</strong> (and <strong>expensive</strong>) endeavor.

<div><strong>However,</strong> encouraging <strong>positive feedback</strong> from viewers so far has motivated me to <strong>keep</strong> pushing to create <strong>more</strong> material for tea lovers to learn from and enjoy.
