On May 27 my good friend Danielle and her son’s lives were forever changed. Danielle’s fiancé and best friend Jai tragically passed away after a battle with mental illness. Danielle and Jai were set to be married July 31, 2021 and begin a new chapter in their lives.

Jai was the sole provider for the family as Danielle was in a car accident and is unable to work. We want to ensure that the financial burden of the funeral and other expenses does not interfere with Danielle and her sons grieving.

Any contribution you can make is beyond appreciated and we can't begin to express our gratitude for your gift. This money will help Danielle with a funeral for Jai and a celebration of life once Calgary opens up and is safe. Any leftover money will go towards Danielle and her son as they begin to rebuild their lives and understand what the future will look like.
