The Fox Theatre needs a new home

The Fox Theatre opened in October of 2019 and closed 5 months later for Covid restrictions.  Through much personal sacrifice, our family kept the business running in any form we could. Generosity from the community in the form of donations of time, money, and talent frequently kept us going when we couldn't see a way through it. A year after closures began and things are beginning to look bright for the future of the theatre only to find out we can't stay in this building any more. We hate to ask for help, but the The Fox Theatre finally appears to have a real chance for success with more requests for larger events. Now we have no where to realize it since we will likely need to leave the building as early as May 2021. Additionally, the actual location of our current building has proved to be complicated for our patrons and our neighbors and we think in order to reach our full potential, we need our own building in a location of our choosing. Some issues are sound complaints, parking issues, and some weird smell we can't get rid of to name a few. Your donations, a long with grant monies and whatever else we can pull together, will provide a down payment for us to build a new performance venue for Southern Utah. We hope that you see the benefit of this venue not only to our family personally, but to the Southern Utah entertainment and arts scene.  We want to do all the same great stuff we did before and more.
