<div>20-year-old Charles Horvath Allan disappeared from a campsite in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada in 1989. His mother, Denise, has searched for her only son relentlessly ever since; visiting Canada from her native England 15 times.

<div>Denise has secured the support of a pro bono missing person media agency, Recover, and is appealing to the public for $2,500 to cover the following costs:
