Our Fight for a Cure for CTLA-4

Hi, our names are Dan and Jayne and we are fighting for the best treatment for our daughters. Jayne, and both of our daughters (Juliana-6 & Catalina-3) suffer from a genetic immune system disease that can cause permanent organ damage, autoimmune disease, cancer, and severe infections.

This go fund me was originally to help us with traveling to different states to find a doctor who could help. Thank you for everyone that donated, making this process a little easier.

We are now gearing up for a Bone Marrow Transplant for Catalina in the near future.

Currently we need to travel to Boston almost weekly and sometimes multiple times a week for testing and procedures leading up to transplant.

Once Catalina has her Bone Marrow Transplant, she will be in the hospital for about 12 weeks, and then Mom & Catalina will need to stay in the greater Boston area for another 12-24 weeks.

Mom (Jayne) will be out of work once Transplant starts, and Dad (Dan) will be working and trying to maintain as normal of a life for Jack and Juliana during this difficult time.
