Hello lovely people, my name is Katie Smith,
i am 30 years old and I have recently qualified as a bricklayer. So.. a little bit about why I need your guys help please.. I am on a mission to help others get involved with the construction industry. Why you ask?. After growing up in social services care at a later age, leaving school with no qualifications, being in and out of work and battling with adhd and mental health, I really do believe Construction helped me turn my life around and stay on the right path. 3 years in I have a few awards under my belt and want to help people to turn their lives around also. 


However, I have been spending copious amounts of hours trying to build the @ The Female Factory. After running out of Personal funds for something I am so passionate about I am asking so very nicely for a few quid.. well quite a few quids actually
please. My Project involves 3 different micro projects, which all run  under the name..

@ The Female Factory..

1. A work wear range for the ladies in the construction industry - funding allows me to carry on designing and buy the materials and pay for manufacturing.

2. @ The Female Factory - Support and talks.

All business plan is written by myself,
disclaimer will need to be signed but this is a national project that will possibly need,
Lottery type funding and a wider schemes of investors looking into. 

I know this is a MASSIVE ask.. but if given the chance I believe I can make this work and make an impact helping people, while sharing my passion for something that i love...
