The Farm Way: Hay Makin' Equipment

The Farm Way is a 501c3 Horse Sanctuary in Western Illinois- we provide a safe home for horses as well as 'mini' pigs that need refuge.
The time has come to take control of the most important part of our sanctuary- HAY.
Two generous couples have teamed up to create a "Matching Campaign" so we can purchase some of the equipment we'll need to 'make hay'.
They have offered to match, dollar for dollar, up to $9000!!!!

We've relied on other farmers to 'share crop' with us on our hay fields. It comes at a cost of half the hay. It also means we are at the mercy of other schedules. This past summer all of our hay was cut and on the ground to be baled. Storms rolled in and we lost all of it. If we'd had equipment much would have been saved.
While the sanctuary provides refuge for the animals, it also enriches the lives of many children and adults. We are grateful for your support.
