The Eskimo Sister's Sketch Script!

Hello beautiful people! As many of you know Lily Drew and myself (Kendall) have been working our tails off trying to get our content out there through The Eskimo Sister's page. Our goal is to empower women to not be afraid to be edgy, provocative, honest and daring with their humor and their voices.
In March of 2016 as lowly interns Lily and I walked into the chairman of a major studio's office and pitched our comedy series wearing German Dirndls and rapping. To our surprise he exclaimed, "I fucking LOVE this!" and he got us a pitch with another well known production company. This company loved our content, but it was a bit too edgy for their mandate and they told us if they bought it, it may just sit on their shelf. They urged us to gather the money together and shoot it ourselves. This past year has been a massive struggle for us from being staffed on a show then ghosted and not paid for our work by the producers, to turning our comedy series into a feature for another producer who promised he'd pay us and "make us famous" only to walk away from the deal because he wasn't giving us anything we asked for and we realized our worth, to being homeless for a small period of time and couch surfing (thank god for good friends). We are finally coming out on the other side of things and we have some investors who are interested in giving us funding to go out and shoot the comedy series ourselves and then find distribution. We are SO excited and our long term goal is to start our own production company and fill it with bad ass women and young people like ourselves. The reason we are asking for this money is because we have a short sketch comedy script that we wrote a long time ago thats a satirical PSA about Millennials in the Workplace and we have an entire cast and crew excited and ready to shoot it, but are struggling to secure an office location without a budget. We really want to shoot this sketch in a professional way because we may work with the people involved in this sketch on our series. However, we don't have a budget (i.e. starving writers) for this sketch and to rent the office location we'd like for the day, it costs about 1050 dollars including insuracne. Additionally we want to shoot with a professional lighting kit, and nice cameras but unfortunately we need insurance for these things. We also need money to feed our cast and crew since they are doing this for free! Thats what the other 1000 dollars includes!
We WOULD GREATLY appreciate your support so that we can make this sketch come to life, and gain some experience as showrunners on a set, before we go out and shoot our series with the investor's funds. We love all of you who have supported us on our difficult, yet exhilarating journey. Thank you so much :)
