The English Family Wants to Adopt!

We talked about adoption even before we were married. Those conversations were long, questioning, and took our minds so many places. And now we are here, getting ready for a home study as we look to domestically adopt an infant.

So why domestic infant adoption, you ask? It's true that international adoption was on our hearts first, and in our researching we gained insight into foster care, the adoption of older many places in which obedient, Spirit-led followers can serve the Lord, but with a young toddler already, we are hoping to add an infant right now. We are also purposefully choosing an open adoption so that we can build up, love, and encourage the biological parent(s) of that child too.

Any and all funds will be used solely for adoption fees, some of which are fast approaching in the next few months. We are well prepared and supplied for a little one already in terms of clothes, bottles, cloth diapers, etc. Helping off-set the initial cost of adoption is the only need.

Adoption is beautiful and adoption is messy. There is no way around it. Please consider consistently praying and/or supporting us financially as we choose the messy places to love and live.
