The Dalton Family Memorial Fund

John and Jean Dalton loved their family. Their home was always a haven for those that needed somewhere to go to feel welcomed. They had a special place in their heart for their grandchildren, including Leonna Dalton-Phillip, whose promising life was taken much too soon along with her grandparents, John and Jean.

Leonna Dalton-Phillip was a 4.0 senior at Omaha Burke High School. She loved to dance and was captain of the school's drill team. She had a laugh that you'd never forget and a smile that could melt someone's heart. Anyone that knew Leonna isn't soon to forget the warmth of her personality.

John and Jean Dalton were both happily retired after working hard for years to take care of their large family, including  three of their grandchildren that they raised. John and Jean had been married for over forty-five years and leave behind a host of memories and love.

The Dalton (Phillip) family has long three shining lights- a grandfather, a grandmother, a cousin and sister, all at once and is now left with many expenses to take care of as soon as possible.

The Dalton family is asking for you to donate and share this campaign so that the trauma of this tragedy can be lessened, even a little bit. John and Jean's oldest daughter will be in charge of all proceeds.
