February 18, 2017 was the darkest day of my life, and although it would change the course of my plans, my purpose would take center stage when my daughter's life was taken by the grips of addiction. Heaven's gain changes the lives of the broken through the life and story of Alexis Sheyanne Yon for an eternal purpose to save those who have been broken from abuse, addiction and trafficking. It is unfortunate for the enemy that his plans did not prevail, as the darkness of satan's defeat has turned into God’s marvelous light. As a mother and daughter have many things in common, we had a deep rooted past that paved a darkness to defeat. Alexis was broken from past sexual abuse and was held in bondage by depression and suicidal thoughts leading her into a life of addiction and sexual exploitation.
Although no mother should ever have to bury their child, her death set me on a path to bind up the broken hearted and set the captives free. My life is dedicated to making sure these women have a second chance at life….one that my daughter did not have.
I have no idea where I would be without the grace, love and mercy of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am so beyond blessed that He would give me the opportunity to raise up a home in memory of my beautiful daughter.

Wholeness Ministries is raising money for our first residential called The Daisy House. This is a Christ-centered halfway house that rescues women from abuse, addiction and trafficking.
The Daisy House will open June 1st in South Florida!!
This home will provide a structured family lifestyle where women will find a plethora of resources and programming. These resources and programming will offer a Whole-listic approach to healing that will include individual and group mental health services, case management, GED equipping, career training, and life skills along with Biblical principles and service to the local community.
This type of loving, structured environment will prepare and equip residents to independently live on their own. The Daisy House is committed to achieving complete wholeness and freedom for each individual that comes through our program.
Our fundraising goal for The Daisy House is $15,000. When you donate, your funds will be placed in the following areas listed below:
* Rent - first, last and security deposit
* Utility services
* Installation of security system
* 9 beds, dressers, etc
* Furniture
* Kitchen, bedding and all housing items
* Additional items
We realize we cannot do this alone and so we are reaching out to our friends and family for support.
No donation is too big or too small and we appreciate everyone for helping us pour our heart and soul into this mission.
