I’m reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of one of my closest lifelong friends, Nikki Conner, and her family.

Her father, Brett, was recently diagnosed with an aggressive glioblastoma brain tumor. Since his diagnosis, he has experienced severe seizures and is currently unable to work. In addition, he is unable to drive for at least the next six months, which has made managing daily responsibilities and attending medical appointments increasingly difficult.

At the same time, his wife has been bravely battling Leukemia for the past five years. Despite her own ongoing health challenges, she continues to work and support their household while standing by Brett every step of the way.

Watching this family, who means the world to me, go through such a difficult time has been truly heartbreaking. Their family is facing not only the emotional weight of two serious illnesses, but also the growing financial strain that comes with ongoing treatments, medical bills, and reduced income.

I’m asking for support so they can remain focused on each other and move through this journey side by side.
