The Carcanos House Fire Relief

I am fundraising for my cousin Juan, his dear family, and 2 dogs who were all able to escape a rapid house fire that occurred in his home and destroyed it on Monday, September 21, 2020 in Galveston, TX. While they thankfully made it out safe, they only came out with what was on their backs. The Galveston community immediately came to their aid to see how they could help and they are forever grateful. With that being said, Juan and his wife have tried to go see how much of what they had was salvageable and between fire and water damage, there is not much left. I have created this fundraiser to help relieve some of the burdens and out of pocket expenses they may face before the insurance steps in as we all know how long that can take. They are Galvestonians born and raised and members and servers of the Galveston Community.  You may also know him as the guy who's team recently painted the US Flag on the front lawn of Hotel Galvez.
