Fundraiser for the Campbells

On Monday afternoon, November 27, our good friends Laird and Kristin Campbell, their adorable 4-year old daughter Bridget, and Kristin's brother Jon Husby were stunned to find out that their condominium complex on 64th & Ward Road, was on fire!

Jon was home at the time when the Arvada Fire Department evacuated him and the Campbell's dog Arthur.  After a long wait, they were all informed that their home was currently uninhabitable.  They've been allowed to retrieve a few of their personal items, but most of their belongings have been ruined from the effects of the fire.  The city has shut off both the electricity and the water to the area for safety.

Luckily, they've been able to stay with family in the area, but all of their lives are on "Pause" right now while the insurance companies try to decide how best to assess and repair the damage.  It may be quite some time before they have a home they can go back to.

We're starting this fund to help the Campbells and John Husby get back on their feet while the insurance company decides how to handle their unfortunate fate.  Please donate - every little bit helps!
