The burial service for Lori Kaye

Donation protected
Yesterday, May 30th 2017, our family recieved the most devastating news. We lost a beautiful young mother, daughter, grand-daughter, niece, sister, cousin and friend. We lost her abruptly during a long, painful battle with drug addiction! While she had recently began fighting the hardest she has ever had to fight for her life with having open heart surgery. Lori Kaye was so young. The age of 27! She finally began to fight for her life. She moved to her grandmothers home for recovery. She was under intense care for 6 weeks in a complete different state but also a home town of our family. We believe that she became more lost at this point not knowing how to handle her addiction and being away from what she had became use to in her life.  She was certainly on the road to recovery!!! The demons she faced were in front of her daily. She was strong! She has been on her own. Not supervised and doing life alone for just one short week and now she is gone! Although autopsy reports wont be in for sometime (possibly 3 months), we will not know for certain how she has passed. It could had been heart complications from her surgery or the devils ways, drugs! Now with that being said we want you to know who this 27 year old girl was. She is a mother to 3 beautiful baby boys! She loved her children very much. She has went through many events in the past few years but that does not define who she truly was. She had been through various dark situations where she faught her demons day in and day out. She was never alone although she may had felt that way sometimes. Did we do enough as her family? We will never truly know! We do know we have been fighting to save her these last 9 weeks though. Every step of the way! She loved her family. Every single one of you. She loved the beach. The water...The sand. Like all of us, she loved to be loved! She cherished all of her friends. We have so many memories of good. There are obvious memories of bad with the struggles she faced! She was Human. She can not be replaced. Lori Kaye deserves a beautiful Burial and to finally rest in peace. The devil and his ways may have won temporarily here on earth but my god is bigger and lives for eternity! As her family we thought we may win this time. Ultimately we lost. Its hard to not feel as if we have failed to save her life but the demons within her were stronger than any of us. We ask broken heartedly for help. Anything will be appreciated more than anyone can imagine! Thank you for your time.

Reast in peace Lori Kaye. You are such a beautiful soul. We will miss you, never forget you! You have always been such an angel. Fly high baby girl!
