As many of you already know, Scott, Thomas and I have decided to spend our spring break racing across India in a three wheeled, motorized rickshaw. Since we're not getting any younger, we came to the conclusion that there's no better time than the present to grab our backpacks and cast off on an adventure. I know I called it a race, but it's more of an exercise in survival as we bob and weave our way through everything India has to offer. This adventure is organized (if you can call it that) through an event called The Rickshaw Run . From the website you'll be able to see our route or lack there of, and all the crazy experiences we plan on getting into.

Charity - THE IMPORTANT PART
As part of this journey we are raising money for the events charity sponsor, Cool Earth . Cool Earth is an environmental charity that works in partnership with indigenous communities to protect rainforests that without intervention will be destroyed within the next 18 months. Through working with local people, Cool Earth ensures conservation goes hand in hand with better livelihoods. Our goal is to raise $1,000 for Cool Earth so every little bit helps. Please donate directly to our GoFundMe campaign to contribute.

We set out for India on March 28th with the race scheduled to run from April 1st through April 14th. We will be updating this page with a link to our blog where you can follow along and track our shenanigans.
