The Breakfatarian Food Truck Fund

Food is my life.

It is my profession, my outlet, my self-care, my pursuit, and, most of all, my favorite gift to give. Cooking for others has brought me joy I didn't think I could find in a career, and now I want to extend that joy to you through the creation of The Breakfatarian Food truck. But I can't do it alone.

The Breakfatarian caters to that little homey desire within all of us for a hearty and delicious breakfast whenever we feel like eating one, morning, noon, or night. All dishes are traditional familiars, elevated by high quality ingredients and intriguing flavor combinations, to bring the fine-dining food experience to the public in a much more accessible manner.

If this sounds like the food experience for you then join me on my journey. I'm in the process of raising the funds for personal capital to aquire a larger business loan (most banks will want to see a business owner invest 20% of their own money, and food trucks cost a lot). My ultimate target is $17,000, but obviously this is a lot to ask and I have some pre-existing capital of my own, so I'm hoping to raise $2,000 minimum through this campaign.
