The Bradas Family Fund

Our dear friend Jeff Bradas is going in for spinal surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. He is suffering from scoliosis and his back is getting much worse. It will never get better without of the surgery. There’s not a guaranteed chance that this will HEAL his spine, but WE know our God is a loving &  powerful God and with our love and consistent prayer anything and everything is possible.
Jeff will go to the Mayo clinic on 10-19-18 to do paperwork prior to the surgery. The surgery will be on 10-22-18. This will be a THREE-DAY surgery. The 1st day they will start on his back with an incision from his neck all the way to his behind. They will be placing screws in his spine to try to straighten his spine. This will be a 6-8 hour surgery. The 2nd day they will go in through his front side to work on his spine from that angle. This will be another 6-8 hour. The 3rd day they will again, go into his back to place the rods and tighten the screws. They will keep him sedated for 3 days while doing all 3 procedures.  Again, there is no promise that this will work, but our brave & fearless friend is going to do what he must do to try to correct this issue. He wants to spend time with his grandbabies and enjoy life for as long as he possibly can.
ANY amount of money that you can spare for this amazing man & his family, while they travel this journey would be greatly appreciated. They have made several flights to the Mayo clinic and the costs are mounting.  Both he and his wife will be out of work while Jeff is in the hospital recovering for a minimum of 2 weeks. That is, if there aren’t any complications from surgery. Complications would dictate a longer stay in the hospital. 
We also ask that you uplift & keep Shonda and Jeff in your prayers while they go through this difficult time. We love them dearly and want to help them in any way that we can.  Your help & prayers are GREATLY APPRECIATED!
