<div>St Helena is a truly special place, full of community spirit, strength, and pride. But in recent years, there has been a worrying rise in mental health struggles affecting our people, both on the island and across the wider Saints community.

<div>This has made one thing clear: more awareness, more support, and easier access to help is urgently needed.
</div>

<div>That’s why the St Helena Association has launched a new mental health campaign: <strong>One Mind, One Heart, Saints Together.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>This campaign is not about replacing services on St Helena. It’s about strengthening what already exists, making support more visible, more accessible, and more available to everyone, especially those who may struggle to afford or access help.

<div>We are proud to be working alongside <strong>Dr Cilla McDaniels</strong> of <strong>Dragonfly Psychosocial </strong>and the newly formed<strong> Island Minds Foundation</strong>, a new charity dedicated to improving mental health support for St Helena.

<div>Our First Fundraiser: The BIG 4 Fundraising Walks

<div>To kick things off, we are organising a fundraising walk taking place across multiple locations:

<div>These walks are being organised by dedicated members of our community and are about more than just raising money. They are about coming together, starting conversations, and breaking the stigma around mental health.

<div>You do not need to take part in the walk to support us, every donation makes a difference.
