<div><strong>Why a bench? </strong>
</div>
<div>Benches, in their simplicity, offer mental health benefits by providing spaces for mindfulness, reflection, rest, and connection.
</div>
<div>Whether placed in natural settings or city streets, benches serve as powerful tools in promoting mental well-being. They can be moments of respite in a busy world, places of solitude or social connection, and spots where the mind and body can heal.
