The Barajas Family !

The Barajas' world was turned upside down when Carlos was diagnosed with ALS in the fall of 2017. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis strips the motor neurons of their ability to receive impulses, which ultimately results in the loss of voluntary movement.  There is no cause or cure for this disease.  
    Letty has been trying to doing it all.  She helps Carlos in the morning to get ready for his day, them comes to work as the Operating Room supervisor. After a full day's work, she assume the role of a full-time "mom". 
    The expenses have been overwhelming.  They redesigned their house to accommodate Carlos and his motorized wheelchair, and have copious amount of doctors bills to have Carlos receive the best treatment as possible. 
    Lets rally around this wonderful family and help them buy a van that will give Carlos the freedom to go places without being lifted in and out of his wheelchair.
