The Baileys Surviving Harvey

Please help me help my parents, Henry and Jackie Bailey.  Their entire neighborhood in League City flooded after Harvey and they have no flood insurance because they are not in a 100 year flood plane.  My parents got 2-3 feet of water in the house.  My dad will do most of the work himself to cut costs, but it will cost so much just to get started.  Please help us with get started costs (cabinets, dry wall, food because they cannot cook or clean easily).  We are trying to save the refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer if possible).
 As if life is not hard enough,  both of their cars (one parked in the driveway and the other in the garage) were flooded.  Luckily, I live close to work and can walk, so they have my van.  Any tiny bit helps.  Thank you!
