The Australian Butcher Team

Funds are being raised to send a Team of butchers to represent Australia at The World Butchers' Challenge to be held in Sacramento in September to compete against 15 other countries.

As one of the founding teams that commenced as a 2-team competition in 2011 to what it is now, we would be proud to continue the tradition and field the very best of our Australian Butchers to represent our country in what has come to be known as the “Olympics of Butchery”.
