<div>One hundred of the America's and the world's most intelligent persons will gather in Tucson, Arizona, either immediately after Christmas,2024, or during the first week of January, 2025, to demonstrate the American Creed in action by writing a manual on how to give every child a first-class education.

<div>That manual will have 100 authors who will be refereed by 99 co-authors.  The first rough draft of the manual will go through the first stage of editing during the first three-day conference.  Editing will continue for six months thereafter via email, ZOOM calls, and other channels.  The final document will be published in all normal formats, including in a downloadable PDF version on the internet.

<div>Those 100 inspired persons will develop specific plans and strategies whereby The American Creed Academy can come into being per the dreams and visions of such great minds as those of Scotland's Adam Smith (1776); Harvard's Gordon Allport (1954), and particularly University of Chicago Nobel Laureate Milton Friedman, 1962, who proposed an entirely new, capitalistic way to fund a first-class education for all, repeat all, chldren, not just the wealthy children.

<li>The founder of the Amrican Creed Academy, Professor William Maxwell, was born in Howard County, Arkansas, educated in public schools in Arkansas and Arizona, at Howard, Oregon State, California (Berkeley), and Oxford universities. He earned his master's and doctorate degrees at Harvard University. He has guided students on five continents to accomplish significant research on raising children's intelligence. Three of his former students at the U.S.A.I.D.-funded Government Comprehensive Secondary School, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, 1970- 1973, became vice-chancellors (= presidents) of universities, believed to be a world record.  Several became deans of professional schools, such as colleges of medicine; two became presidents of the Nigerian Bar Association; others achieved distinction by inventing health product, revolutionary building materials using some unique soils along Nigeria's coastline, etc.  These singular achievements suggest that, indeed, genius too is contagious.

<div><strong>The Maxwell-Martin Multiple Intelligences Career Pathfinder</strong> test, also known as <strong>The Genius Finder </strong>Test, was developed by two internationally experienced educators at the request of Grantham University and validated at the world's first all-computer science university, The University of Advancing Technology, Tempe, Arizona. That test is currently on the market for $199.95 per person. The developers are Dr. Dorothea Martin, Ph.D., whose measured IQ was 185, putting her among the most intelligent 100 people in the world, accordiing to the journal <strong><em>Scientia;</em></strong> and Professor William Maxwell, who graduated at the top of his doctoral program in Education at Harvard University.

Adam Smith was a professor of philosophy and ethics and held the rare but fundamental assumptions that all humans are created to be potentially creative and will behave justly when properly educated.
