<div>Hi everyone! My name is Skyler Davis, and I am a photographer and cinematographer from the United States with the dream of studying photography in Spain.

<div>In April 2024, the possibility of achieving that dream became a reality when I was accepted into a one-year Master in Photography and Design program at the Elisava School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, Spain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The university offers one scholarship opportunity with 16 awards available for all master’s candidates accepted to the academic year. I am blessed to share that out of over 400 applicants, I was one of the 16 candidates selected for the award. Through this, I have now received the only tuition assistance available from the school for my studies. I am extremely grateful to be awarded this scholarship, but I still need significant financial help.

<div>Since my acceptance in April, I have applied to numerous scholarships and grant programs to cover the remaining cost of the program. However, due to my program being located outside of the United States, I am ineligible for the majority of financial assistance opportunities.
</div>

<div>At this point, I’m worried that without help, I won't be able to take part in the program, bringing me that much further from realizing my dream.
</div>

</div>
<div>In the midst of my continued search for eligible grants, scholarships, and fellowships, I'm turning to you all for support as I try to take this monumental step forward.

<div>En abril de 2024, la posibilidad de alcanzar ese sueño se convirtió en realidad cuando fui aceptado en un programa de un año de Maestría en Fotografía y Diseño en la Escuela de Diseño e Ingeniería Elisava en Barcelona, España.

<div>La universidad ofrece una oportunidad de beca con 16 becas disponibles para todos los candidatos de maestría aceptados en el año académico. Tengo la bendición de compartir que, afuera de más de 400 solicitantes, fui uno de los 16 seleccionados para la beca. Con esto, he recibido la única asistencia de matrícula disponible por la escuela para mis estudios. Estoy extremadamente agradecido por esta beca, pero aún necesito ayuda financiera significativa.

<div>Desde mi aceptación en abril, he solicitado numerosas becas y programas de ayuda educativa para cubrir el costo restante del programa. Sin embargo, debido a que mi programa está ubicado fuera de los Estados Unidos, no soy elegible para la mayoría de las oportunidades de asistencia financiera.
