<div>But 253 is more than just a distance.

<div>€253 is also the cost of one day of training at the École de la Réparation, the organization I have chosen to support through this challenge.
</div>

</div>
<div>This choice is deeply personal. Roubaix is one of the poorest cities in France, with nearly one in two residents living below the poverty line. It is also the region where I grew up, where my family has lived for generations and where many of them still live today.
</div>

</div>
<div>The École de la Réparation runs a project that resonates strongly with me. It teaches practical repair skills, helping people learn how to restore and extend the life of everyday objects. But its mission goes far beyond that. It supports people facing difficult circumstances, helping them rebuild their confidence, regain stability, and create new opportunities for themselves.

<div>Learning to repair an object can sometimes mean learning to repair yourself.
</div>

</div>
<div>Through this journey from Paris to London, my goal is to raise funds so that more people can access these training programs and the support they provide.

<div>Every donation matters. Every kilometer covered will be a way of supporting those who are working hard to rebuild their lives and shape a brighter future.

<div>Ce choix n'a rien d'un hasard. Roubaix est aujourd'hui l'une des villes les plus pauvres de France, avec près d'un habitant sur deux vivant sous le seuil de pauvreté. C'est aussi la région où j'ai grandi, celle où ma famille a vécu et vit encore aujourd'hui.

<div>L'École de la Réparation porte un projet qui me touche particulièrement. Elle transmet des savoir-faire concrets autour de la réparation des objets, mais son ambition va bien au-delà. Elle accompagne des personnes fragilisées dans la reconstruction de leur parcours, leur redonne confiance, stabilité et perspectives d'avenir.

<div>Apprendre à réparer un objet, c'est parfois aussi apprendre à se réparer soi-même.

<div>À travers cette traversée entre Paris et Londres, mon objectif est de collecter des fonds pour permettre à davantage de personnes d'accéder à ces formations et à cet accompagnement.
