Thanksgiving Meal For Neighborhood Elders

Hamline Midway Elders is a community-supported non-profit serving the neighborhoods of Hamline Midway and Western Frogtown.

Our mission is to provide volunteer and professional assistance to enable elders to age with independence, dignity, and choice.

One of our longest-running programs is the monthly luncheon! Elders receive a chef-prepared meal, enjoy a relevant speaker, and socialize with neighbors. All meals are free and donation-based (give what you can).

Those who can't attend in person receive a fresh meal delivered to their door.

The meal encourages community, good health, and education, combats isolation, and fosters independence.

We are looking for donations to assist with the cost of the Thanksgiving Meal! For many elders, this is the only Thanksgiving dinner they have.
