The Anter Family's Fearless Fight

On Sunday, November 22nd we notice our beautiful Scarlett became violently ill out of nowhere. Out of genuine concern, we took our daughter to the ER for a routine check-up. The hospital conducted a deep nostril, brain penetration coronavirus test, which required 3 grown adults to restrain our baby due to the invasiveness of such a test on a five year old!
On November 24th we got the dreaded call we so desperately feared. Henderson Hospital called us directly to notify us that our dear, beloved Scarlette was positive for having the Coronavirus!!
Our Thanksgiving plans quickly came to a halt and we immediately began quarantining and isolating ourselves in our small henderson apartment of 960 sq/feet. This was a true testament to our resourcefulness in keeping Scarlette isolated and away from the rest of our beautiful family.
Unfortunately, the unavoidable fate of our little family in our small but modest apartment could not contain the sweeping command this virus had consumed. Within one day my husband Chris, myself, 3-year old Charlee Rae, and 6 month old Millie'Rain all began presenting symptoms of COVID-19. We all presented with symptoms even more extreme than what Scarlette was experiencing.
Now that my entire family has been diagnosed with COVID-19, it has put our lives on pause and left us wondering what to do next. Chris, the sole bread winner of our family, a truck driver with a dedicated route, would have to unexpectedly halt his career and responsibilities to not only his customers but also his responsibilities to our family. Chris will not be earning that paycheck our family so desperately needs just to pay our bills and survive with our three young daughters. We have no idea how long Chris will be out of work but our bills are piling up and today a " seven-day notice to pay rent or quit" was placed on our apartment door.
Being out of work with bills to pay, a family to take care of and so near the holidays is so overwhelming and demoralizing. With this widespread shutdown of our young family, not being able to leave the house and unable to furnish the necessities to our three your children is harrowing.
