When national and some state organizations made no concentrated effort to serve the HR Community in the time of crisis, Ben Eubanks stepped up in a big way!

As a business owner himself, he is navigating the challenges of lost revenue and an unknown future. Yet instead of shrinking, he reached out to everyone he knew to freely contribute for the sake of others, by creating HR Summer School.

With a handful of helpers (and his family) he gave hours, days and weeks to create an experience that 1) Assured HR Pros their credits for the year, 2) Connected those who lost their jobs to new relationships, 3) Generated TONS of great content in one place, 4) Created a ridiculously fun, online experience like no one else & 5) Hosted the entire experience with sincerity of service, compassion and generosity.

The dollar value he created - and saved everyone - is really quite astonishing. 

He didn't make excuses for what he didn't have, he simply gave of himself and asked others to do the same. It's been super impressive.

If we can give just a little he could treat his family to a weekend get-away or something fun, for the sacrifice they've made.
