 Hi, my name is Jade Clark , and I'm creating this fundraiser for my wonderful nan, Sally, following her retirement after 25 years of running her local shop. I'm her grandchild, and after so many people who watched Gym Skin's videos messaged asking how they could give something back to her, I wanted to create a place where anyone who wishes can show their appreciation. Every penny raised will go directly to Sally to help her enjoy the next chapter of her life.

 For the past 25 years, Sally has been much more than a shopkeeper. Her little shop has become the heart of the community—a place where people didn't just come to buy things, but to stop for a chat, share their worries, celebrate good news, and feel a little less alone. If you've ever visited her shop, you'll know exactly what we mean.

 Sally has spent decades looking after everyone else, always with a smile, kindness, and time for anyone who needed it. She has supported countless people through difficult days, and after surviving breast cancer herself, she continued giving everything she had to the community. She's the sort of person who remembers your name, asks how you're doing, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks through her door.

 Recently, thanks to Gym Skin sharing videos of her shop, thousands of people have discovered what local people have known for years—that Sally is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Reading the comments and messages from complete strangers has been overwhelming, and it's been incredibly touching to see how many people have been moved by her kindness.

 Now, after 25 years, Sally has retired. When she was asked what she'd like to do next, she honestly said she wasn't sure. She joked that she'd probably be good at talking to people on the phone—which is exactly the sort of thing she's always been brilliant at: listening, caring, and making people feel valued.

 This fundraiser has been created because so many people asked how they could give something back. The money raised will help Sally enjoy the retirement she has worked so hard for. We'd love for her to have a well-earned holiday, take the time to relax after years of putting everyone else first, and, if she decides she'd like to, put some of the funds towards training that would allow her to continue helping people in a new way.
