Thank You Luncheon For VIP Staff

The  board of VIP recognizes that due to COVID, we were unable to celebrate ECE week in April of 2020.   This week is generally a week where parents flood the staff with food and munchies, gifts and treats to show their appreciation for all they do.   The board has been looking at hosting our own ECE week for the past few months but very few things are going according to plan these days!   I believe now more than ever the staff of VIP need to know how much we, the parents appreciate all they do.  Our kids are safe, and healthy.  They are cared for; and they have consistency.   They are still thriving in a world that’s so uncertain right now.  We would love to be able to do something for the staff to show them how much we appreciate them.  In this stressful time we are in, the board had come up with a suggestion of ordering in a nice lunch for the staff one day as we are not allowed to bring any food into the school that’s not prepackaged.  They do however allow delivery as it comes from a restaurant.  This would also help in the effort to “support local”.    We are asking for $5 or $10 from any families who are wishing to participate in this act of kindness.   To show them that we are here, we support them and we are thankful for them.
