Tragic house fire

On 28 July, my mom lost her house and most everything inside to a fire. Sadly, her feline companion “Comet” passed away and my elderly aunt was injured with heat burns across her body and difficulty with her lungs and breathing. She has been in the hospital since and once released will need to attend an inpatient rehab for continued care.
During this time, my mom will lose some of her income as the caregiver to my aunt since she will be in the care of the hospital. I set this GFM up to help easy the financial burden she now faces with temp lodging, personal care items, bills, food, clothes and more.
We appreciate anything you are able to do to support her through this devastating time. While grieving the loss of her home and cat, we are all so thankful for her safety and that my Aunt is recovering. The Red Cross, fire and emergency services and hospital have been exceptionally kind and resourceful; we cannot thank them enough!

Please pray for our family during this time, my mom has been unbelievably optimistic and trying to find the good in this but I would love to help her not have to look so hard for it.
